
* Customers are requested to check all the items for any defect, at the time of delivery. The ordered items will not be returned or replaced unless there is any reasonable manufacturing defect. If returned, it is to be done without unwrapping the item or using it in any way. MyLocalBazaar will not refund for any partially or fully used item. If any shipping charges are involved, that won't be refunded. Customer shall bear any cost involved in reshipping.
* Customers are requested to check all the items for wrong delivery of items, at the time of delivery. Once the delivery process is completed & the customer accepts the products, MyLocalBazaar shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product. MyLocalBazaar will not be liable to any refund in such situation.
* If any delivery is not completed during first attempt due to erroneous or insufficient address, addressee not present at residence, address found locked or refusal to accept, customers shall still be charged for the order. No money back would be entertained for such items. Customer shall bear any cost involved in reshipping.
* Cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. You have to get in touch with our Customer Support Executive by sending an email at customer.support@mylocalbazaar.com or calling at 9830310550 and giving reference to your order for cancellation of order. However if we received the cancellation notice after the order has already being processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled in such case. MyLocalBazaar, reserves all the rights to make a decision whether an order has been processed or not. The customer shall accept MyLocalBazaar decision regarding the cancellation.
* The amount charged as instrument bouncing on processing of refund will not be reimbursed by MyLocalBazaar. We are not liable to pay for any fees charged by bank at the time of processing the payment while refunding.
